Partnership working
Although CPS is an independent organisation, we don't work in isolation. We've always worked closely with our partners in the criminal justice system, and in the past two years this has taken a more formal footing with the introduction of the Charging scheme and the No Witness, No Justice initiative.
Through the Derbyshire Criminal Justice Board we work in partnership with our colleagues across all agencies to improve the way the the criminal justice system works to catch, convict and rehabilitate offenders.
