Teacher resources
The lessons aim to stimulate interest in the legal system and the work of the Crown Prosecution Service, and to encourage students to consider the issues a prosecutor faces when deciding whether or not to charge someone with a criminal offence and take the case to court.
They also explore some of the concerns students may have if they were ever called to give evidence in court, and aims to give them a better understanding of their rights and responsibilities if they are ever a victim or witness of crime.
