Equality and Diversity

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has an Equality and Diversity policy which aims to create and sustain a working environment that is fair to all.  Our benefits support this and assist you to achieve a work/life balance.

We welcome applications from all people across all sectors of our diverse communities and from all backgrounds. We particularly welcome applications from those who are currently under-represented at different levels within the CPS.

We aim to select the best people for our jobs by going beyond compliance with equalities legislation to establishing best practice.

The CPS will invite for interview any disabled person who meets the minimum standard of the selection criteria (as published for each advertised post).
