Update on the CPS Advocate Panel Scheme as at Monday 01 February 2016
Annual application and upgrading window is now closed
The annual application window to join the CPS Advocate Panel, as a permanent member at level 2, 3 or 4, or for existing members to upgrade their current level, is now closed. The next annual application window will be in September 2016.
Notification of results for September 2015 application window
Results will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the applicant's form, so please ensure that e-mail account is active and functional.
Assessment results for the following circuits have now been issued:
- Northern circuit results sent on Monday 11/01/2016
- Western circuit results sent on Tuesday 12/01/2016
- Wales circuit results sent on Tuesday 12/01/2016
- Midland circuit results sent on Sunday 31/01/2016
Please note that the published list (link below) has now been updated to reflect these results.
The assessment results for the 3 remaining circuits (North Eastern, South Eastern - London and South Eastern - Non-London) were due to be issued by the end of January but, unfortunately, these have been delayed further, until Tuesday 16 February 2016 at the latest. Please accept our sincere apologies for the continued delay.
Level 1 and Rape Panel applications
Applications to join the CPS Advocate Panel at level 1, or to join the Rape Panel only (for existing members at level 3 or 4) are accepted at any time during the year. These are assessed on an adhoc basis and results issued regularly.
