Area Business Managers

Most of the responsibilities for the efficient and effective running of the Area fall to Area Business Managers.

Their duties include:

• Managing administrative services for the whole Area.
• Implementation of Area business plans, ensuring consistency with criminal justice objectives.
• Managing casework systems and processes in support of the prosecuting function.
• Working closely with other criminal justice agencies.

Area Business Managers are directly accountable to the Area Chief Crown Prosecutor.
