CPS Supply Estimates
Description
Supply Estimates are the means of obtaining from Parliament the legal authority to consume the resources and spend the cash that was agreed in the spending programmes for the financial year. This is initially presented to Parliament at the beginning of the financial year in the Main Estimate and can be increased in-year via the Winter and Spring Supplementary Estimates.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Strategy and Business Plan 2008-2011 was published on 15 April 2008. The document sets out the steps we are taking in the coming years to deliver our Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets for the 2007 Spending Review period. The Plan presents the CPS vision and strategy for 2008 to 2011, the Service's priority programmes of work, and the specific actions we will be taking under each of these programmes to drive the achievement of the outcomes we seek for the public, and move us towards achieving the CPS vision.
